My experience as an Adult Family Home Complaint Investigator has shown me that most providers do their best to provide stable, safe homes for our vulnerable population. I felt the anxiety from providers when I entered their AFH and looked around. It was frustrating knowing I couldn’t give any real advice. Now that I have left my position in regulations, my goal is to help providers stay in compliance, so our loved ones have a safe, happy and healthy environment to thrive in.
